Mr. Jameel Ahmed Shaikh (Chairman & Managing Director)
He is the sole Promoter of the GAD Group of Companies. His farsighted vision coupled with over two decades of administrative & management experience and ability to tackle personnel at all levels has brought the company to present heights. His efficiency in system management is widely known. Being an experience-rich person with immense field knowledge, his guidance in every quarter of the system management has always yielded laurels.
A versatile personality, he has always been associated with several social and financial organizations. He has now been appointed as the Advisor to the Maharashtra State Contract Labour Advisory Board by the Govt. of Maharashtra. |

Azim J. Shaikh (Director)
Young both in age and experience, he enters the Board of Directors, with zeal and vigour. He has already taken up the daunting task of office management with the beginning of our state-of-the-art corporate office in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. His communication skills & exposure to International trade is looked upon as an asset in the company’s progress, as he devotes completely to the Shipping & Logistics trade. |

Shaahid Y. Shaikh (Chief Executive Officer)
His corporate experience ranges wide from holding key executive positions in various industries associated with International Trade & Commerce. Designer of organizational framework, excellence in corporate assignments & business development projects, he has brought in all his rich & varied expertise and his versatility has contributed considerably in the functioning, development & diversification of the company apart from monitoring day-to-day movements and operations. His various further assignments include strengthening of our base in Nhava Sheva by diversification in the logistics trade itself, expanding our presence in North India apart from exploring global opportunities for the company.
